EQUINE - Back to Basics

We cater for all standards of riding from the novice horse owner to the more ambitious who might not aspire to compete at Hickstead or Badmington but would like to be able to get round the local cross country event or go to a local show and come back with a rossette or two. We encourage people to have fun with their horses whether it be out hacking or competing.

Carrie has over 30 years experience of breaking and schooling horses and ponies of all shapes and sizes. Being a lightweight rider she is able to ride those naughty small ponies who have got into some bad habits with their young jockeys.

Carrie has a quiet approach and treats every horse or pony as an indvidual. Carrie believes the rapport between horse and owner/rider is important. She is well known locally for her talents for dealing with difficult or problem horses and ponies.

Charges

£35 per week grass livery

£10 per day stabled with turn out

£15 per hour for exercise only

£20 per hour for training sessions

Consultation fee £25 plus expenses
